our new house. The seller was able to secure financing for closing so
our closing date is official (Jan. 24th) and he has agreed to fix all
that we asked. The next large hurdle was paying the two month's rent
penalty for breaking our lease early ($1300). After talking with our
landlord this week, I found out that a couple asked for an available
apartment starting Feb. 1st. Because there will be no open time
between tenants, they are waiving our early termination fee.
This just goes to show that God's timing is perfect. Everything
having to do with this house has just fallen into place.
